Cosmetic Bath Remodeling – Before and After
Cosmetic bath remodeling makes an out-of-date bathroom feel fresh and new again. It can make the feel of your bathroom better match your style. From swapping vanities and countertops to installing modern mirrors, sinks, and light fixtures, a facelift allows you to enjoy your bath within a low remodeling budget.
This bath remodelillustrates a bathroom update. Without changing the layout of the room, our Case Remodelers were able to bring the design into the 21st century.
The countertop of putty-colored square tile with white grout was removed and replaced with a bright white counter. In addition, the drop-in sink was replaced with an integrated sink.
The putty tile, which was also applied to the wall around the sink and mirror, was removed, and the wall was painted white.
The putty-colored standard toilet was replaced with a white elongated bowl model.
An outdated frameless mirror was updated with a dark-wood-framed mirror, and the recessed toilet-paper holder was updated to a modern mounted style.
In addition, the colored bathtub and putty tile surround were updated to white.
The vanity is a prime example of how a bath remodel updates the style of a major element and completely changes the tone of a bathroom.
The traditional vanity was replaced with a furniture-like piece. The modern cut and design of the drawers and doors, as well as brushed silver handles and pulls, brighten up the entrance to the bathroom, and the open area under the vanity helps contribute to its lighter feeling.
Earth-tone tiles have replaced the gray and white speckled flooring, another nod to timeless style.
